The Bay County General Jural Assembly

Restoring the Republic. Assembling the People. Reclaiming Authority.

Welcome to the Bay County General Jural Assembly

Restoring Lawful Governance Through Common Law Principles and Action

The Bay County General Jural Assembly is a peaceful, nonpartisan, grassroots organization committed to restoring constitutional governance and reestablishing lawful self-governance through the foundational principles of common law. We the People of Bay County, Michigan, have united with a shared commitment to reclaim our God-given, unalienable rights and to hold public officials accountable through the lawful authority vested in the Common Law Grand Jury.

This assembly operates under the unwavering belief that true governance derives solely from the consent of the governed—not from corporate mandates, statutory constructs, or administrative overreach. We reject the notion that unelected bureaucrats or commercial entities have the right to dictate the terms of our liberty. Instead, we stand firmly on the principles established by our nation's founding documents and the natural law bestowed upon every man and woman by the Creator.

By educating our community, fostering civic responsibility, and exercising our inherent authority as free people, the Bay County General Jural Assembly endeavors to restore a system of justice that serves the people, protects individual rights, and upholds the Constitution. Through peaceful, lawful action and community engagement, we are building a foundation for future generations to live in true liberty under the rule of law—not the rule of man.

Our Mission

To restore the foundational principles enshrined in the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution for the united States of America by reestablishing a De Jure, lawful government that derives its authority from the People. This mission includes the education and empowerment of the People, the lawful assembly and organization of Bay county, and the reactivation of the Common Law Grand Jury in Bay County to serve as the People’s final shield against tyranny, corruption, and governmental overreach.

By returning to the original intent of our founding documents and reclaiming the authority that rightfully belongs to the People, we seek to dismantle unlawful corporate structures masquerading as legitimate government. Through transparency, civic engagement, and constitutional fidelity, we aim to restore a system of governance that honors liberty, defends unalienable rights, and ensures that public servants remain accountable to those they are sworn to serve.

Join the Assembly

If you live in Bay County and believe in liberty, personal responsibility, and accountability in government, we invite you to join our local Jural Assembly. This is a call to all who understand that true freedom is not maintained through silence or apathy, but through active participation and constant vigilance.

By standing together as informed and engaged people, we can restore lawful governance grounded in the Constitution and guided by the enduring principles of common law. We reject the notion that government power should go unchecked or that public servants are above the law. Instead, we reaffirm that all authority originates from We the People.

Our united efforts will ensure that our God-given, unalienable rights are preserved, protected, and passed down to future generations. The time has come to rise above fear, division, and complacency. Now is the time to take a bold stand for truth, justice, and the foundational values upon which this Republic was built.

Townships

Bay County consists of 14 townships. Each township will have its own local assembly, complete with a designated coordinator and supporting members. These township assemblies will function independently while remaining aligned with the broader goals of lawful self-governance in Bay County.

Furthermore, each coordinator from the 14 township assemblies will serve as a representative on the larger County Assembly—a type of county assembly board, so to speak. This structure will ensure that every township has a voice in countywide decisions, promoting unity, transparency, and accountability throughout Bay County. Such a model not only empowers local communities but also restores the foundational principle that true governance begins with the people.

The 14 townships are:

• Bangor Charter Township
• Beaver Township
• Frankenlust Township
• Fraser Township
• Garfield Township
• Gibson Township
• Hampton Charter Township
• Kawkawlin Township
• Merritt Township
• Monitor Charter Township
• Mount Forest Township
• Pinconning Township
• Portsmouth Charter Township
• Williams Charter Township
